Garden Party

We see a lot of wedding each year it’s not often that brides choose to have their main wedding celebration at lunchtime. One of our recent weddings disrupted the status quo and held her wedding celebration as a luncheon at Johnson Mill.

A Beautiful Day at a Beautiful Place

The day of the event was pretty close to perfect. It was a nice, sunny day on the grounds of the picturesque Johnson Mill Inn in Midway, UT. Our bride decided to have the style of her celebration be a vintage garden party.

For lunch we served mini potato bites with an herbed cheese spread, handmade focaccia bread sandwiches with a spicy aioli, mini fetuccine cups, watermelon-blood orange sorbet, mango lemonade and lemon water.

We accented our buffet with white and silver trays, vintage lanterns, blue and purple ribbons, candles, and other vintage accents.

All in all it was a beautiful day for a wedding. We loved serving the guests and being in such beautiful surroundings. Congratulations to the bride and groom, and best wishes!

As an added bonus

This little fellow was wandering around the reception area throughout the event. He was absolutely adorable dressed up in his little tuxedo.
