Welcome to Savory

As executive chef and owner of Savory, I want to put my passion for the Culinary Arts to work for you to make your event polished and stress-free. You can enjoy your guests and relax instead of concerning yourself with the details.

We believe in communities and enjoy the small-town atmosphere here in Utah. We try to buy our food locally to encourage sustainability and growth of small or family-owned businesses. We have biodegradable options available for your disposbale-ware so that we can preserve Utah’s beauty.

We also believe that life is short, so your food shouldn’t be ordinary. We expertly season our food so that we can coax the maximum amount of flavor from every morsel. Using the right cooking technique for the product so that food has the texture and color you expect, is important as well. Searing our steak over high heat to seal in the juices, braising a lamb shank in flavorful sauces, slow-cooking your baby back ribs for the ultimate tender product, or poaching your delicate fish so it melts in your mouth. –Chef Lou Crandall
